Shimano BB-ES300 bottom bracket

The Shimano BB-ES300 is a sealed cartridge bottom bracket for use with Shimano Octalink chainsets. The Octalink splined interface creates a stiffer, more rigid crank assembly than square taper, while the oversized 22mm hollow cold-forged chrome-moly spindle reduces weight without sacrificing strength. Sealed cartridge bearings resist dirt, mud and water for maintenance-free operation.
