Shimano Cleat Set SPD - SM-SH56

Shimano cleats SM-SH56 with multi release - Fits all Shimano SPD pedals except PD-M858.

Exiting the pedal is possible not only by twisting the foot to the left or right, but also by pulling it off to the top.
